Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at contact@kavisa.store within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

Important Notice on Delivered Status (Porch Piracy): Kavisa Store relies on the official tracking information provided by our shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL). Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout, the contract of carriage is deemed fully executed, and risk of loss transfers to the customer. Kavisa Store is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or lost after a confirmed delivery status. Customers are advised to contact their local postal service or file a claim directly with the carrier for any post-delivery theft. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct and complete before placing an order. We are not responsible for non-delivery or packages delivered to an incorrect address due to errors, omissions, or typos provided by the customer. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund or free replacement.
